Padel Association Austria
The Austrian Padel Sports Association (ÖPV) was founded in 1995 and since 1996 has been a member of the FIP-Federación International de Padel.
Since 2009, the Padel Association has been represented with a padel court in the summer sports programme of the city of Graz and a lot is done there to promote young talent. In July 2014, the 3 padel courts of the Padel Sport Union in Vienna were opened and used for the first time as a venue for the selection tournaments convened by the association.
The ÖPV leads the Austrian Padel Rankings for women and men and is involved at all levels of padel development in its own country.
